I take a flexible approach when it comes to social media training because your needs are different from everybody else’s.

This is where my experience comes in. I can tailor any training course to exactly how you want it based on my years of dealing with every kind of client imaginable.

For a starter, however, I can run a social media training course in the following formats:

Social media workshops

I run social media workshops for up to 15 people.

They are designed as an immersive full day session with a full agenda but with the opportunity for people in attendance to ask questions and provoke discussion among each other.

The social media workshop is done by PowerPoint and is broken into sections.

Again, to reiterate that all sessions are bespoke, the agenda is entirely dictated by your needs.

I have a huge (and growing) PowerPoint training presentation which serves as a template. But the training session on the day will be designed based on our discussions about your requirements beforehand.

These types of workshops are suitable for no more than 15 people. Any more and they will not get the benefits of a more intimate group.

One-on-one social media training

If you’re an individual and require one-on-one social media training I can provide you a format where you and I work together to get you up to speed on everything you need to know.

I have trained countless senior executives, partners and CEOs on how they can effective leverage social media for their business and own personal online brand.

These one-on-one social media training sessions can be done by the hour or longer depending on what you require.

The sessions can cover anything from the basics to the more advanced.

Online social media training

Perhaps you live in a different country or your teams are spread out and not in one central location, I can run online social media training using the latest web conferencing software.

These sessions are usually carried out in one to two-hour increments over a number of days or weeks.

While online social media training will never be as good as face-to-face training, they can provide an excellent way to get dispersed teams up to speed without the travel and expenses costs.

Hourly social media training sessions

Social media training by the hour is useful for companies that are busy but need to get up to speed on latest developments.

Rather than have your team miss a full day’s work because of the training, I can run hourly sessions over a period of weeks or months.

Hourly social media training sessions are great as ‘lunch and learns.’ This is where staff come on their lunch break and we run an informal training session over lunch.

Each week we go over different topics related to social media. We can also do 45 minutes training and 15 minutes Q&A.
